SCHOOL OF CHOICE PROCEDURES for 2025-2026
Parents/Guardians may request a transfer to another school by following these guidelines:
1. Submit a written request by **May 15, 2025**.
2. Transfers depend on available space in the requested grade level and suitable programming.
3. Requests will be processed in order of receipt.
Required Information
Your written request must include:
- Student’s full name
- Current grade level
- Reason for the transfer request
- Contact information:
- Phone number(s)
- Mailing address
- Street address
**Note:** Transfers will not be processed until all required information is received.
