Use of School Facilities and Equipment
School facilities are available after regular hours to community organizations for various purposes such as educational, cultural, recreational, and charitable. Requests will be handled individually based on established guidelines and space availability, as long as there is no conflict with school programming.

Availability
Our facilities are available except during:
- Christmas Break
- Spring Break
- Summer Closure
These periods are reserved for essential cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, ongoing construction may impact the availability of certain facilities.
Outside User Application
An Outside User Application For Use of School Facilities Application must be completed, and proof of insurance must be provided before access is granted.
All groups and organizations must have their own Liability Insurance Coverage.
