Looking for a venue for your next community event? Consider the Kelsey School Division’s facilities. Our buildings are open for community use, with some limitations to ensure they remain in top condition for our students.

Availability

Our facilities are available except during:

• Christmas
• Spring Break
• Summer Closure

These periods are reserved for essential cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, ongoing construction may impact the availability of certain facilities.

Mandatory Security Fee

 A mandatory security fee of $17.85/hr is required. This fee ensures the facility is secure and clean for your event. Access to the facility is granted 15 minutes before the event as part of this fee.

Outside User Application

An  Outside User Application For Use of School Facilities Application must be completed, and proof of insurance provided before access is granted.
