Environment Canada is reporting a temperature (including wind chill) of -47°C this morning.
As per school division policy, student attendance today is at parental discretion. Parents and guardians are asked to use their judgment when deciding whether it is safe for their child(ren) to attend school given the extreme cold conditions.
Absences related to the extreme cold will be excused; however, parents are asked to please notify the school if their child will be absent.
